Business Analyst (m/f/x)

Your daily tasks will include

  • collaborating with customers, users, and the Scrum team to identify, analyze, and specify requirements
  • skillfully asking the appropriate questions to the appropriate individuals, proposing alternatives when encountering technical or professional obstacles, and proactively insisting on clear decision
  • ensuring that all implemented features are both valuable to the customer and delivered on schedule and within budget
  • conducting acceptance tests to confirm the functionality of the features
  • creating visualizations of processes and requirements
  • delivering projects with sustainable and commercial success
  • cultivating the business by becoming a trusted advisor to the customer and working together to promote growth

The following will make you succeed in this role

  • a minimum of 3 years of job-relevant experience, such as in the positions of business analyst, requirements engineer, product owner, or agile project manager in an agile environment with distributed cross-functional teams
  • analytical thinking, questioning assumptions, and comprehending the requirements of your stakeholders
  • demonstrating proactive behavior and a high degree of self-initiative
  • showing interest in and remain up-to-date with technical innovations
  • experience in working with Jira and Confluence
  • possessing excellent moderation and presentation skills
  • ideally having a fundamental knowledge of hands-on software development
  • having an eye for detail while simultaneously keeping sight of the big picture
  • fluency in both English and German
