The Advanced Training Project Specialist (m/f/d) for Program Management/Instructional Design & Training Program Management is responsible for designing and creating training modules and supporting the training program management for Field Service Engineers. Your Responsibilities:
- Support and manage parts of the Jenbacher Field Service Training Program processes for INNIO, Distributors, and Key Accounts
- Support new Distributors or Key Accounts with kick-off calls and ongoing help for field technicians and managers
- Be the primary contact for the field service training program: distribute progress reports and track certification levels
- Enter and update certification records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and act as a power user by guiding other stakeholders
- Comply with all applicable INNIO EHS and integrity policies (Code of Conduct), as well es all relevant guidelines defined within the INNIO Process Landscape (ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Energy Management System (ISO 50001)
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in education, business or comparable or A-levels with specialization in media design
- Several years in a comparable role or experience in learning and development
- Accurate and detail-oriented work style
- Proficient in MS-Office applications
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities for daily operations and collaboration with international teams
- Familiarity with BI tools and regular reporting to monitor and improve certification progress is a plus
- Strong customer focus and service mindset
- Interest in gas engine technology or technical environments
- Excellent oral and written language skills in German and English
