Global Compensation & Benefits Trainee (f/m/x)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively work in a small global team, among other topics, supporting the roll-out of the C&B module within our new HR Software Workday, in close collaboration within the entire HR community
  • Support of myHR Workday compensation-related configuration in compensation benchmarking for more than 30 countries including the maintenance of data (e.g. salary bands) within the HR software
  • Train and provide 2nd level support for standard compensation related topics within the HR organization as well as advise locations to ensure compliance with policies and government regulations
  • Support the annual bonus process, merit increases etc. in our HR Software Workday
  • Assist in completing compensation and benefit surveys, global job descriptions etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Beginners during or at the end of economic/technical studies
  • Very good English skills
  • Basics in project management as well as basic economic knowledge
  • Ambitious and self-motivated
  • Software experience with Workday advantageous

In Austria, we are legally obliged to state a minimum wage in every job advertisement. According to the collective wage agreement for the Information Technology (AT), this amounts to at least € 28.714,- per year for this post.
 
We are, of course, prepared to remunerate you above this level, depending on your experience and qualifications. The actual salary will be determined in discussion with you.
