Customer Service & Sales Support International (f/m/d)

In order to support our growing company, we are currently looking for someone to enrich our Customer Service & Sales Support Team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • International Customer management
  • Full responsibility for the Order-to-Cash process (from order management to invoicing and complaint management)
  • Creation of customs documentation
  • Sales administrative related activities
  • Monitor and optimise operational performance KPIs, suggest and work on improvements to become best in class
  • Regular interfaces with the sales team, logistics, marketing and finance department as well as production planning

YOUR PROFILE

  • High school diploma, Bachelor/Master’s degree represent an advantage
  • 2-3 years in a similar role experience
  • Professional knowledge of Excell, SAP and CRM; BI knowledge represents an advantage
  • Strong customer orientation, passion for multicultural backgrounds and good understanding of processes
  • High interest on digital developments
  • Autonomous, curious, proactive as well as structured and well organized
  • Very good knowledge of English spoken and written, knowledge of Spanish represents an advantage
