ROLE DESCRIPTION

 We like to listen very carefully to our customers. We set common goals and do everything we can to reach them as fast as possible. The success of every single customer is our own success. That’s why, we are searching for a Customer Success Manager, who ensures that everyone who relies on VR Simulator Training  can work with it as effectively as possible.

CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS

  • minimum gross salary of 50.000 € per year (for full-time, overpayment possible) 
  • Flexible working time and the possibility to work from home
  • Permanent full-time contract (38,5 h / week)
  • A modern office in Innsbruck, in the middle of the Alps

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishing clear goals and milestones that you and the customer will be working towards
  • Helping customers receive value quickly by managing product implementation and onboarding
  • Creating and sharing educational resources, trainings, workshops, and best practices
  • Driving additional value by encouraging deeper product adoption
  • Contributing to revenue generation through renewalsupsells, and expansions
  • Synthesizing customer feedback and work with internal teams to respond to customer needs
  • Creating evangelists and advocates among the customer base

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in customer service or a customer success position is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge about pharmaceutical production is a plus
  • Strong ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Experience of working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
  • Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
  • Technical skills are required to clearly communicate product knowledge to the customer
  • Experience of analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in a customer service role
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50 %)
  • Solid German and English skills
