Within our R&D division, inside the Raw Material and Product Development department, we are looking to hire a Junior Product Development Manager (f/m/d) for the area cream and chocolate starting from the 01 April 2024.
Junior Product Development Manager (f/m/d)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will supervise the entire research and development process of specific semifinished and finished product
- Development and management with specification of semifinished and finished products and their management in the system
- You will play a decisive role in product development and management
- You will be involved in the development of specific semi-finished and finished products
- You will have an active role in innovation and development projects
- You mainly work with Marketing, quality and regulatory affairs, raw material development, production, engineering and sales department
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Natural Sciences (Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural Sciences, Nutritional Science)
- High quality and sustainability are important to you
- Curious, analytical and positive attitude
- Resilience and assertiveness
- Team player
- Fluent knowledge of English, Italian and/or German are beneficial
- Willingness to visit regularly our other locations such as Heinfels, or to visit customers and trade fairs
