- Performing control tasks and conducting tests as the basis for our improvement
- Advising and supporting executives on BCM topics

- Managing ideas through an innovative digital platform
- To be in charge of desk researches and benchmark analyses on new market opportunities
- To help in managing part of complex and multi-country projects
- Promote the Idea digital platform (newsletter, user’s engagement etc.)
- Help in managing open innovation activities
- Support the new start up scouting process

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will supervise the entire research and development process of specific semifinished and finished product
- Development and management with specification of semifinished and finished products and their management in the system
- You will play a decisive role in product development and management
- You will be involved in the development of specific semi-finished and finished products
- You will have an active role in innovation and development projects
- You mainly work with Marketing, quality and regulatory affairs, raw material development, production, engineering and sales department

OTHER IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITIES ARE
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and velocity in the main distribution channels:
- Conduct market analysis & research to monitor shopper trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Build and deliver effective trade-storytelling, supporting the local sales teams in the negotiation and implementation phase
- Collaborate with marketing & sales team to identify opportunities at the point of sale and implement targeted solutions, from equity-driven activations to tactical actions
- Create and manage effective promotional programs to stimulate sales and customer loyalty
- Oversee shopper marketing activities, including designing engaging shopping experiences and managing partnerships with retailers
- Install category management knowledge and act as sparring partner for the international key distribution dealers
- Analyze and improve the profitability of the main channels and customers
- Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the owned retail business (brick&mortar + digital), promoting its progressive sustainable expansion (roll-out)
- Coordinate and streamline the main commercial processes (i.e. international pricing) and related governance

YOUR TASKS
- Ensure application maintenance and monitoring, ensuring applications stability and operability
- Support and technical troubleshooting to resolve issues and bugs
- Definition, implementation and documentation of interfaces to guarantee information exchange
- Setup of technical configurations, assurance of security standards and IT policies within Sales Business Applications
- Take part in analysis, implementation, testing, and optimization projects and activities of enterprise business applications in the Sales Domain (ECOM, WEB & Experience, CRM, Order intake)
- Contribute to 360° digital product ownership: business applications operations and evolution management from ideation to inception, delivery and daily usage
- Act as a technology subject matter expert across all Business Applications

- Performance Transparency and Reporting:
- Provide comprehensive and timely reporting, ensuring transparency and empowering decision-makers with accurate data-driven insights
- Top Key Account Negotiations:
- Prepare and support commercial negotiations, creating profitable and strong relations with key accounts in the Italian food retail sector
- Strategic Business Partnership:
- Collaborate on sales-related projects
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies aligned with overall company goals
- People management:
- Provide structure and guidance
- Open communication, conflict management contributes to a pleasant work atmosphere
- Employee development: support employees’ growth, foster their potential and ensure their development
- Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance departments, aiming to optimize the business processes
