- Serviceorientierte Annahme und Betreuung von Benutzeranfragen (Störungen, Reklamationen, Aufträge, etc.)
- 1st und 2nd Level Benutzersupport (MS-Office, MS-Windows, ABAS)
- Installation und Wartungen neuer Workstations, Server und Peripheriegeräte
- Betreuung der LAN-, Security- und Serverinfrastruktur
- Mitarbeit in neuen und laufenden IT-Projekten (z.B. Erweiterung des ERP-Systems, Auswertung von Betriebsdaten, EDI-Anbindung)

What you'll be working on:
- Designing and implementing scalable and automated cloud infrastructure and identifies areas for optimization in applications and infrastructure
- Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and efficient software release processes
- Developing and maintaining automation tools that streamline deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management
- Documenting advanced procedures, best practices, and lessons learned to enhance the knowledge base of the DevOps team
- Collaborating with development teams to integrate new features and functionalities into the deployment pipeline
- Troubleshooting and resolving escalated incidents and outages, working to minimize downtime and ensure continuity
- Performing effective monitoring, provisioning, installation/configuration, and maintenance of systems hardware and software
- Applying core knowledge of DevOps engineering concepts, principles and practices to complete tasks and starts to develop expertise in a specific technical area
- Working in a task-oriented manner on one or more work areas within DevOps engineering projects
- Working proactively with the broader team to identify solutions for a low complexity problem
- Operating in a dynamic environment and project practice.
