Das erwartet dich
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeiter bei Hard- und Softwareanfragen (First-Level-Support)
- Du nimmst Störungsmeldungen entgegen, kategorisierst und priorisierst diese und sorgst für eine rasche Bearbeitung
- Du betreust unsere IT-Arbeitsplätze und unterstützt bei der Einrichtung, Wartung und Verwaltung von Hard- und Software
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere gesamte Medientechnik und Konferenzraumsysteme
- Du dokumentierst Prozesse, Lösungen und IT-Abläufe und unterstützt bei Bedarf bei internen Anwenderschulungen
- Als Schnittstelle zu unserer zentralen IT-Abteilung koordinierst du Anfragen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informations- und Lösungsfluss
- Du arbeitest aktiv an IT-Projekten mit und unterstützt bei deren Umsetzung vor Ort

Deine Aufgaben
Errichtung, Prüfung und Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen der IT-, Digitalsystem- und Netzwerktechnik Problemlösungen bei Mängeln und Störungen an (IT-)Anlagen/Systemen Instandhaltung und Wartung von analogen und digitalen Kommunikationssystemen Unterstützung beim First-Level Support: Hilfestellung, Information und Beratung unserer SPIEGLTEC Mitarbeiter*innen

- (Stamm-)Datenpflege sowie Prüfung und im Bedarfsfall Korrektur in den Dienstplansystemen
- Sie haben eine Schnittstellenfunktion zu den einzelnen Mitarbeiter:innen und sind Ansprechpartner:in für diverse interne Einrichtungen wie Pflegedirektion, Ärztliche Direktion, Kaufmännische Direktion, IT, Dienstplaner:innen etc.
- Dienstplanschulungen sowie Reporting bei Bedarf
- First-Level-Support bei Problemen mit SPX (Remote-Unterstützung)
- Überprüfung und Dokumentation der Dienstplanqualität
- unterstützende Tätigkeiten in der Personaladministration
