Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the hiring process. Manage and coordinate external recruitment agencies to ensure top-quality service and results. Advise on hiring decisions using market insights, including offer preparation and contract negotiations. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey. Facilitate regular update meetings with Hiring Managers and HR Managers, continuously refining recruitment strategies. Monitor, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics and KPIs.
