To strengthen our global Digital Business Development team, we are looking for a Digital Operations Specialist – CRM & ECOM to strengthen the overall quality as well as enhancing the value delivered by operating the various business services.

YOUR TASKS

  • Operationally support the CRM and ECOM teams within the Digital Business Development department as well as local markets’ teams in operative activities for ensuring optimal functioning and adoption of crucial capabilities, such as:
    • CRM B2C: basic settings setup, management and checks of contacts, segments, journeys, newsletter and DEMs, pages and forms, templates
    • CRM B2B: basic settings setup, management and checks of account/contact, campaigns, cases, orders
    • ECOM: basic settings setup, management and checks of configurations and basic entities, data jobs
    • Operation monitoring, testing, troubleshooting, documenting and maintenance of the functional effectiveness of systems and relative developments
    • Configuration of multiple software solutions and systems
    • Ensure operational effectiveness of processes and procedures, enforcing a "global oversight"
  • Closely work with the internal team as well with organization wide cross-functional business teams to facilitate alignment and resolution of systems’ issues
  • In accordance with the service owners, collect, translate and interpret requirements from stakeholders to address business requirements and needs
  • Provide functional consultancy to ensure effectiveness and adoption within the various areas and systems
  • Recommend efficient and effective ways to use and leverage software products according to business requirements/needs
  • Documents the business service from an operational point of view, supporting and developing “best practices” and optimal ways of working
  • Prepare and curate reports monitoring relevant KPIs and make them ready for use by other departments within Loacker

YOUR PROFILE

  • Past experiences in similar roles supporting sales and marketing teams (2-3 years)
  • Knowledge and track record in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (ideally sales, customer service and marketing modules)
  • Involvement with e-commerce and content management systems (CMS) is a plus
  • Great differentiating advantage: autonomous and independent in setting up automation flows (e.g., with Power Automate) and dashboard/reports (e.g., with PowerBI)
  • Team player, open ear, and inclination to support others through digital systems
  • Fast learner, digital enthusiast, and proactive predisposition
  • Italian and English speaker, German is a plus
