Customer Service & Sales Support International (w/m/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- International Customer management
- Full responsibility for the Order-to-Cash process (from order management to invoicing and complaint management)
Management of marketability requirements - Creation of customs documentation
- Sales administrative related activities
- Suggest and work on improvements to become best in class
- Monitor and optimize operational performance KPIs
- Regular interfaces with the sales team, logistics, marketing and finance department as well as production planning
YOUR PROFILE
- High school diploma, Bachelor/Master’s degree is an advantage
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong customer orientation
- Passion for multicultural backgrounds and good understanding of processes
- Autonomous, curious, proactive as well as structured and well organized
- Professional knowledge of Excel, SAP and CRM; BI knowledge is an advantage
- Interest on digital developments
- Very good English-knowledge (spoken and written), German and/or Italian is a plus
