Das Team
- Unterstützung bei der technischen Weiterentwicklung der App sowie der zugrunde liegenden Backend-Systeme und Einschätzung des Impacts einzelner Lösungen auf das Gesamtsystem
- Mitarbeit in dem geplanten Folgeprojekt zur Weiterentwicklung der App und der Backend-Systeme
- Analyse und Priorisierung von Business-Anforderungen inkl. Bewertung der Machbarkeit mit Fokus auf die Backend-Systeme der BORA-App
- Erarbeitung des technischen Lösungsdesigns in Abstimmung mit der technischen Umsetzung
- Begleitung der technischen Umsetzung und Sicherstellung einer vollständigen Dokumentation
- Sicherstellung eines professionellen Testings vor dem Live-Deployment in Abstimmung mit dem Business-Anforderer
- Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister bei der Implementierung von Erweiterungen auf Basis der Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen wie Technology, Produktmanagement und Marketing sowie dem Prozessmanagement
- Benutzerverwaltung inkl. Rollen und Rechte
- Ansprechpartner für und Aufbau von 1st und 2nd Level Support

- Supporting the sales department with customer inquiries regarding machine, tools and process recommendations
