Your Responsibilities
- Conducting theoretical and practical training courses for customers
- Contributing to the development and optimization of products and processes in close cooperation with the team leader
- Observing and analyzing market trends and new products

Das Team
- Sicherstellung der Qualität im Zuge des New Product Process in Bezug auf die Eigenfertigung (Prozessentwicklung, Prozessvalidierung, Prozesshochlauf)
- Sicherstellung der Serienqualität in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product-Lifecycle Team
- Verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung von produktionsrelevanten Kundenreklamationen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Qualitätsaudits, Systemaudits, Prozessaudits inkl. Überwachung und Sicherstellung von Maßnahmen
- Entwicklung und Optimierung von standardisierten Qualitätsprozessen und qualitätssichernden Methoden
- Erstellung von Qualitätsberichten, Erhebung von qualitätsrelevanten Kennzahlen & Berichten
- Verantwortlich für die Prüfplanung
- Konstruktive Erstellung von Prüfmitteln, Lehren und Vorrichtungen zur Prüfung und Serienfreigabe und -absicherung
- Erstellung von Zeichnung und Programmen für 3D-Druck
- Bedienung der Messmaschine mit Auswertung, Visualisierung und Datenübertragung in CA
- Unterstützung bei Schulungen von Bedienern, Werkern und Einstellern (Erstellen von Schulungsunterlagen)
