Das Team
- Verantwortung für die Qualitätssicherung während der Produktentwicklung im New Product Process und Product Maintenance Process
- Planung, Steuerung und Sicherstellung aller qualitätssichernden Maßnahmen im Rahmen der Teilprojektleitung Qualität
- Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsvorausplanungsmethoden (APQP) während des gesamten Produktentstehungsprozesses
- Planung und Koordination von Produkt- und Prozessfreigaben sowie Durchführung entsprechender Audits
- Planung, Moderation und Nachverfolgung von FMEA einschließlich Sicherstellung der Umsetzung und Wirksamkeit definierter Maßnahmen
- Verantwortung für das Zuverlässigkeitsmanagement sowie Unterstützung bei der Reifegradbewertung neuer Produkte
- Entwicklung und Optimierung standardisierter Qualitätsprozesse und kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (KVP)
- Erstellung und Auswertung von Qualitätsberichten sowie Ableitung geeigneter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
