Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Administration & Betrieb: Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung unserer Windows Server-Landschaft (auch für vereinzelte Linux-Services) sowie der Windows Clients
- Unterstützung des Supports
- Netzwerk-Services: Sicherstellung und Optimierung zentraler Dienste (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Fileserver)
- Cloud Management: Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft 365 Umgebung
- IT-Security: Umsetzung und Überwachung von Sicherheitsstandards zur Härtung unserer Infrastruktur
- Projektbegleitung: Aktive Mitarbeit und technische Unterstützung bei Projekten inkl. deren Beschaffung (zB Tenant-Migrationen, Rollouts etc.) in enger Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern
- Linux Support: Grundlegende Betreuung und Troubleshooting vorhandener Linux-Instanzen

- Gestaltung, Optimierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer inhouse programmierten ADDITIVE+ SOFTWARE wie beispielsweise CRM-Segmentation, Dynamic-Landingpages, Marketing Automation mittels PHP und Laravel oder Ruby und Ruby on Rails (je nach Softwareprodukt)
- Anbindung von externen Systemen und Schnittstellen mit Fokus auf Property Management Systemen
- Fundierte Analyse und Verarbeitung von Streaming-Daten und Datenbanktabellen
- Schreiben von autonom wartbare, hochwertige Codes mit umfangreicher Testabdeckung
- Impuls- und Ideengeber für neue Lösungen und kontinuierlicher Wissenstransfer mit anderen Teams
