- Du erkennst rasch, worum es geht, fragst gezielt nach und leitest Anfragen zuverlässig weiter.
- Du unterstützt bei allgemeinen Sekretariats- und Büroarbeiten.
- Du bearbeitest E-Mails, erfasst Daten und kümmerst dich um Ablage und Organisation.
- Du arbeitest bei der Fakturierung mit.
- Du behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben gleichzeitig den Überblick.
- Du hilfst dort mit, wo gerade Unterstützung gebraucht wird.
