Strategic Development & Risk Management Expert (f/m/d)

Your Tasks
- Shape Corporate Strategy: You will actively shape our bi-annual strategy review. Your role is to build sound market and competitive analyses, challenge existing plans and prepare clear, robust business cases for the Management Board.
- Translate Strategy into Numbers: You will run the financial models for our mid-term planning, translating strategic initiatives into concrete financial targets and performance metrics (KPIs).
- Analyze Strategic Risks: You will take charge of the process for identifying and assessing strategic risks from market shifts to supply chain vulnerabilities and help develop mitigation plans together with the respective senior stakeholders in our organization.
- Drive Strategic Projects: You will support critical projects in e.g. capital allocation from planning to successful implementation, coordinating with teams across the business to ensure results are delivered on time.
- Act as the Team's Hub: You will be the central point of coordination for the strategy team, ensuring workflows are smooth, communication is clear, and we hit our objectives.
Our Requirements
- You have an university degree in Business, Finance, Economics and/or a background in a STEM field.
- You are fluent in both German and English (C1 or higher).
- You are skilled in building financial models and business cases in Excel to support strategic decisions.
- You can break down complex problems into their core components and find clear, logical paths forward.
- You know how to manage projects and coordinate team workflows effectively to get things done.
- You build arguments based on data. The customer of your presentations is senior and executivemanagement, an environment in which you can thrive.
