- Gestaltung, Optimierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer inhouse programmierten ADDITIVE+ SOFTWARE wie beispielsweise CRM-Segmentation, Dynamic-Landingpages, Marketing Automation mittels PHP und Laravel oder Ruby und Ruby on Rails (je nach Softwareprodukt)
- Anbindung von externen Systemen und Schnittstellen mit Fokus auf Property Management Systemen
- Fundierte Analyse und Verarbeitung von Streaming-Daten und Datenbanktabellen
- Schreiben von autonom wartbare, hochwertige Codes mit umfangreicher Testabdeckung
- Impuls- und Ideengeber für neue Lösungen und kontinuierlicher Wissenstransfer mit anderen Teams

- Weiterentwicklung von Privacy- und Compliance-Prozessen mit direktem Impact auf unsere MarTech- und Online-Marketing-Landschaft
- Bewertung neuer Tools, Plattformen und Workflows mit Blick auf Datenschutz, Nutzbarkeit und Business Value
- Mitgestaltung datenschutzkonformer Prozesse, die Vertrauen schaffen und als Qualitätsstandard nach außen wirken
- Begleitung interner Teams bei operativen Fragestellungen rund um Daten, Plattformen, Tracking und digitale Abläufe
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung zentraler Datenschutzdokumentationen sowie Sicherstellung klarer interner Standards
- Einordnung regulatorischer Anforderungen wie DSGVO, ePrivacy oder AI Act in umsetzbare Maßnahmen für den Alltag
- Schärfung des Bewusstseins für Privacy und Compliance durch interne Trainings, Guidelines und Sparring mit den Teams
- Koordination externer Spezialisten bei vertieften Rechtsfragen und Überführung der Ergebnisse in praktikable Lösungen
