- Aufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Global Hybrid Sales Teams
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen (IT, Order Management, Customer Service, etc.) und Vertriebsaußendienst
- Sicherstellung und Optimierung der Kundengewinnung, Kundenbetreuung und -entwicklung von C/D-Kunden mit einem hybriden Salesansatz
- Definition von Prozessen, Unterstützung beim Applikations-Requirements-Engineering und Aufbau einer auf den hybriden Vertrieb zugeschnittenen Reportingstruktur
- Steuerung der Performance anhand relevanter KPIs
- Steuerung der Vertriebsaktivitäten (In-/Outbound), telefonische Kaltakquise und gezielte Umsetzung von cross-selling Strategien
- Optimierung von Prozessen & Workflows zur Verbesserung der Effizienz, der Verkaufszahlen und der Servicequalität
- Prüfung und Einführung von Automatisierungen und KI-Agenten in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen

- Owning the P&L for your product lines and driving global growth
- Conducting market and customer research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans.
- Building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and attending international conferences.
- Preparing business cases for new product development and reporting performance to the executive team.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product Development and Marketing Communications.
- Contributing to thought leadership and representing the company in industry discussions.
