Global Compensation & Benefits Expert (f/m/x)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively work in a small global team, among other topics, supporting the roll-out of the C&B module within our new HR Software Workday, in close collaboration within the entire HR community and be a mentor for other team members
  • Responsible for compensation benchmarking for more than 30 countries including the maintenance of data (e.g. salary bands) within the HR software as well as reporting
  • Train and provide 2nd level support for all compensation related topics within the HR organization as well as advise locations to ensure compliance with policies and government regulations and support the locations with automized EIB-file loads
  • Develop and drive the further development of all the compensation processes as well as stive to harmonize the global standards and be responsible for myHR Workday compensation related configurations 
  • Manage survey industry trends as well as completing compensation and benefit surveys to forecast trends and assist with future benefits designs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree with multi-annual relevant work experience in Human Resources in an international industrial company
  • Alternativ comparable skills through long-term relevant work experience with an additional subject-specific education in Human Resources
  • Comprehensive deep and broad expertise as well as comprehensive IT-application-knowledge
  • Excellent English language skills and competences in project and process management
  • Software experience with Workday advantageous

In Austria, we are legally obliged to state a minimum wage in every job advertisement. According to the collective wage agreement for the Information Technology (ST2), this amounts to at least € 52.220,- per year for this post.

We are, of course, prepared to remunerate you above this level, depending on your experience and qualifications. The actual salary will be determined in discussion with you.
