E-Commerce operations Customer Service & Sales Support (f/m/d)

Sales environment is evolving: online shopping is the new standard! We already sell our products through Digital Sales Channels but would like to further extend our presence on marketplaces (B2B and B2C) and to increase visibility and availability of our products.  To develop and support our growth in eCommerce, we are looking for an engaged team member who is highly interested in the digital world and likes to improve processes to secure highest possible customer satisfaction.

E-Commerce operations Customer Service & Sales Support (f/m/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full responsibility of order/return management (entry, processing, fulfillment, invoicing)
  • Ensure delivery performance by maintaining cross-functional communication between the distribution centre, 3PL fulfillment centre, shipping carriers and customer
  • Check inventory availability and ensure replenishment for various business models (e.g. VMI) in order to support sales and marketing planning
  • SAP data maintenance
  • Maintainance of data on customer´s website
  • Sales administrative related activities (credit notes, payments report, etc.)
  • Manage client issues with fulfillment/administrative related activities and ensures proper follow-up/investigation/solution/issue prevention
  • Monitor and optimise operational performance KPIs, including order fill rate, order-to-delivery analysis, chargeback, returns rate, etc.
  • Regular interfaces with the logistics department, logistics suppliers, administration department, customer service
  • Drive process improvements and simplification

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role experience (retail background preferred)
  • Preferably experience in operations management of marketplaces; amazon model in particular  
  • Strong customer orientation and good understanding of processes  
  • Good knowledge of different business models for online and offline channels and their impact on order management, logistic and supply chain flows
  • Knowledge of SAP; OMS knowledge is a plus
  • Excel skills (must know V-Lookups, Index/Match & Pivot tables)  
  • Priority-based work planning capability
  • Excellent ability to multifunctional teamworking and stakeholders management
  • Autonomous, curious, proactive as well as structured and well organized
  • Language requirements: Very good English skills, basic skills in Italian
