- Fachliche Verantwortung für produktnahe Microservices im Backend, einschließlich Zielbild, fachlichem Scope, Nutzungsszenarien und produktübergreifender Anforderungen
- Bewertung von Wiederverwendbarkeit, Standardisierung und Skalierung im digitalen Portfolio
- Übergreifende Sicherstellung fachlicher Kohärenz über mehrere konnektive Produkte, Systeme und produktnahe Microservices hinweg
- Sicherstellung konsistenter digitaler Produkt- und Nutzungserlebnisse über mehrere Produkte hinweg
- Ableitung und Strukturierung von gerätebezogenen Initiativen, Epics und produktübergreifenden Anforderungen zur Sicherstellung eines klaren Zielbilds, Scopes und fachlichen Gesamtrahmens

- Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen der Abteilung Digital Solutions & Consulting, anderen internen IT-Abteilungen und Business Units sowie externen Dienstleistern

- Unterstützung von Product Ownern beim Management des Product Backlogs
- Planung, Moderation von SCRUM-Events (Sprint Planning, Daily SCRUM, Sprint Review, -Retrospective)
- Vermittlung agiler Prinzipien und Mindset inklusive Coaching der Teams in Selbstorganisation und Cross-Funktionalität

- The Application Engineer is ensuring technical expertise in the field
- Collaborate with sales managers to develop process solutions and recommend technical solutions to the industry
- Develop new business at existing customers and new customers by providing technical expertise
- Support customer trials, demo’s and trainings
- Lead the URS review, technical clarification & quotation process from technical perspective
- Provide end-to-end technical support for applications including aliquoting, freezing, thawing, storage and transportation of bulk drug substance
- Support customer visits, prepare technical presentations and deliver hands-on product demonstrations
- Manage onsite customer support, design reviews consumables, product investigations and integration of new business equipment
- Support sales for the technical closure during negotiations
